ADDITIONAL MENTORS INCLUDE: Teachers, Pediatrician, Photographer, Massage Therapist, Paralegal and more!

This conference is for High School age girls in our local area, but we are also opening it up to 8th graders if space allows!

Soroptimist of The Sierras awards scholarships to Yosemite High, Minarets High and Home Schooled students, and attendance to these conferences is encouraged for consideration.

Please note – if you are invited to this event – we thought of you as you might have someone in mind of High School age to attend. Please share this event with your family/friends/community as this is a great opportunity for High School Girls to attend this conference.

Dream It Be It Girls Conference:
Career Support for Girls will help girls grow up to be strong, successful, happy adults. Dream It, Be It targets girls in secondary school (high school) who face obstacles to their future success. It provides girls with access to professional role models, career education and the resources to live their dreams.

Our Soroptimist club will hold a one day conference to provide girls the information and resources they want and need to be successful. The topics covered include career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles to success and how to move forward after setbacks or failures.
